Refunds & cancellations

This policy applies to one-time credit packs for ResumeMeter (Career Hub). Credits pay for automated career tools delivered through your signed-in account.

Requesting a refund

Contact [email protected] or use our contact form. Include the email used to sign in, your order reference, the purchase date, and a short explanation. Never send card details, passwords, or identity documents.

Unused credit packs

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the pack’s credits have been used. For a partially used pack, contact us within the same period to request a refund for its unused portion. We calculate that portion from the pack price and the credits remaining from that purchase. Credits associated with a refund are removed from your balance.

Duplicate charges and delivery problems

If you see a duplicate charge, payment without credits being delivered, or a persistent technical failure that prevents use of your purchase, contact us with the order reference. We will investigate and arrange correction or an appropriate refund. A failed AI generation returns its reserved credit automatically; this restores a tool use and is separate from a monetary refund.

How refunds are processed

Dodo Payments handles checkout as Merchant of Record when live purchases are enabled. Approved monetary refunds are processed through Dodo to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on Dodo, the payment method, and your bank. We cannot promise an exact bank settlement date. Applicable consumer rights and Dodo’s buyer terms take precedence where required.

Cancellations and credit validity

Credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or recurring charge to cancel. You can stop using the service at any time. Purchased credits have no automatic expiry under the current pack terms. Signing out or deleting stored reports does not refund a purchase or reset your credit balance.

Demo transactions

A checkout explicitly labelled as a demo does not charge real money. Its credits work only in the demo environment. Demo transactions do not qualify for monetary refunds.
